Training

Two primary approaches involve:
  • New employee orientation: Focus is on keying skills, English proficiency, data confidentiality requirements, project background, handwriting recognition, network security, basic projects, organization introduction, enterprise culture, industry regulations and rules.
  • Pre-process training: Focus is on project regulations and rules, project background, handwriting ability, project-specific English skills.

Retention
