XI'AN – January 4, 2010 – Michael Liu, founder and top executive at CPI, was honored as Person of the Year at a government-sponsored industry event in Guangzhou, an outsourcing base in southern China.

His recognition for leadership as a pioneering BPO provider was presented at the ChinaSourcing 2009 Software and Information Service Outsourcing Industry Annual Conference, attended by service providers and representatives of 20 software parks. "It's extremely gratifying and humbling to be selected for this award," Liu said. "CPI's contributions to service outsourcing since 1998 reflect the dedication and commitment to excellence of our innovative professionals in Beijing, Xi'an and customer service offices overseas."

The Dec. 23 event at the Guangzhou Asia International Hotel was sponsored by the national Ministry of Industry and Information Technology and China Software and its Integrated Circuit Platform (CSIP) group.
