Xi'an production site ranks among China's best 

Location is a prime ingredient of business performance. In our case, selecting Xi'an Software Park a decade ago for CompuPacific's production center contributed significantly to steady growth and expansion of our business process outsourcing services. So we're pleased by this site's No. 8 ranking among the Top 10 Service Outsourcing Parks in China. ChinaSourcing, a trade association, issued the list in May after evaluating 126 office parks in 29 cities on the basis of services, facilities, human resources, costs and other factors.

Xi'an, a provincial capital in northwest China, is an ideal location with cost and labor benefits. The city is a major academic and technology development center with three dozen universities and other advanced education institutes. It has been designated an Economic and Technological Development Zone since 1991 by the national government, and this year qualified for tax breaks, hiring subsidies and other Ministry of Commerce support for oursourcing growth.

New China Life honors CPI as Best Outsourcing Partner

New China Life (NCL) recently presented a Best Outsourcing Partner award in Xi'an to CompuPacific International for "continuously reliable performance and quality."

The strategic partnership with one of China's largest domestic life insurers began in 2007. NCL also handles investment products, asset management and insurance for property, pensions and medical care.

NCL, which enlisted CompuPacific to provide process re-engineering and back-office support, announced in Xi'an at a New Application Service Conference during May that the relationship is expanding. "This upgraded partnership reflects the skills and responsiveness of our project team members," says Michael Liu, CPI founder and chief executive. "Technology and process solutions help our partner trim costs, raise productivity and compete efficiently in an expanding market."
