Summit Shares Lessons from Asia
Business process outsourcing providers – along with their clients -- benefit from our industry's expanding pool of knowledge, technologies and best practices. Professional conferences showcase distinctive approaches and productivity solutions developed in one sector or one geographic region.
This month, a two-day Asia-Pacific Outsourcing Summit focuses on "special opportunities and challenges facing organizations in Asia." Its organizer, the International Association of Outsourcing Professionals, stresses that "outsourcing in Asia is central to the success of any global enterprise in the 21st century." The agenda includes topics we know well, such as "China’s Potential as an Outsourcing Leader" and "Cross-Cultural Knowledge Transfer: When East Meets West."
Because CPI participates in similar events in China and the U.K., our executives are not at the Malaysia summit hosted by an association we belong to. Naturally, we are proud of this latest attention to outsourcing innovation and case studies from our region.
