Europe office expands our client support
CompuPacific Europe, Ltd. now provides onshore customer services from our newest office in Liverpool, UK. Managing Director Jon Aries, an experienced corporate manager and specialist in the “Smart Partnering” model of global sourcing, oversees vertically integrated solutions for companies in health care, banking and financial services, insurance, government, publishing and other industries.

This latest base in a center of finance, technology and international call centers extends our presence to four continents. It also reflects closer business and economic relationships between the European Union and China.

The U.K. managing director’s background includes experience as a group purchasing executive, commodity trader and outsourcing transformation leader for a major consumer and business services provider. At a 2006 OutsourceWorld conference in London, Jon presented a case study of the knowledge transfer and organizational change he managed at RAC Motoring Services.

Now he and Peter Carter, a veteran business process management executive who is Marketing Director of CompuPacific Europe, will meet leaders from various industries this spring in four U.K. business centers. Our team will describe China’s top-quality BPO services and show how companies gain access to its domestic market through CompuPacific’s proven “Build, Operate, Transfer” model. May events are scheduled in Edinburgh, capital of Scotland, and the British cities of London, Manchester and Bristol.

CompuPacific’s enlarged reach, detailed further in a news release below, reinforces our global capabilities and position at the forefront of an industry that we helped develop in China. This is our 10th year of providing custom solutions reflecting detailed knowledge of Western business practices. We reached this milestone with support from clients, business partners and dedicated employees.

In contrast, BT Global Services, EDS, IBM and TCS set up four in China. “Vendors are looking to reduce their reliability on India’s heated labor market,” explains Nick Mayes of Pierre Audoin Consultants, a European market research and strategic advisory firm.
