New web site reflects vertical capabilities

This year’s first roundup of articles about global business developments in China begins with news from our company. An all-new web site at www.compupacific.com reflects CPI’s growth far beyond data entry services. We’ve focused for some time now on “serving vertical industry needs with end-to-end BPO solutions,” as the new home page says.

Seven case studies illustrate how project teams brought efficiency, innovation and value to clients in banking, insurance, health care, accounting and government services. Each of those industries has a separate area on the more comprehensive site, which also describes specialized BPO services in detail. Five white papers are part of a News & Reports section that has other resources to help you learn more about back-office support from China.

Because project management and information technology are CPI strengths, our staff handled all content and design work for the new site. We hope you’ll explore the expanded materials and gain greater understanding of the benefits a BPO relationship delivers. Our original site still exists at www.cpidata.com, with details of forms processing, indexing and file conversion services.

This is CompuPacific International’s ninth year of serving companies and government agencies in the United States, Canada and Australia, and we are proud of an expanding reputation for reliability, quality and leadership as China’s largest indigenous BPO company.
